For any information that was provided to Homly.ca that cannot be accessed and deleted by the user, the user can email support@homly.ca, specifying what data they would like Homly.ca to delete. Homly.ca will make the necessary arrangements, subject to any legal requirements or the privacy policies of third-party vendors, to delete said data and will confirm with the customer that their data has been deleted.

When a user deletes their data, Homly.ca ensures that their data is either safely and entirely removed from Homly.ca servers or retained only in anonymized form which cannot be associated with the user. To verify deletion requests, and protect user information from malicious or accidental deletion, there may be some delays from the time of deletion of information and when copies of said information are deleted from Homly.ca's active and backup systems.
